Why a bundle

Every pack was made with the same pipeline and the same palette discipline, so they mix in one project without looking stitched together. A visual novel that starts in a classroom, moves to a convenience store at night, and ends in a haunted mansion can be built entirely from this one download.

The building kits and the escape kit also ship their editable source — floor plans render from building.json, so you can rename rooms in your own wording and re-render.

Format

800x400 PNG for the background packs; the escape kit adds native 320x240 plus an exact 4x 1280x960 layer. Fully opaque, 128-colour palette, no alpha. Each pack keeps its own README and LICENSE inside its folder.

Licence

Use in unlimited commercial projects, no royalty, no credit required. Do not resell or redistribute the files as assets. Full terms in each pack's LICENSE.txt.

These backgrounds were produced with generative AI (Magnific, commercial plan), then cropped, palette-reduced, and screened by hand. Every frame passed automated quality gates and a by-eye check for readable text, signage, and trademarks.
